## Description

Get the aggregated public professional profile for an actor, as computed by a Sifa AppView. This view joins a user's id.sifa.* records across all sections (positions, education, skills, endorsements received, and more) plus AppView-computed aggregates (follower/connection counts, active apps, verification state). Raw records remain readable directly from the user's PDS; this method exposes the enriched, joined view that only exists in the AppView. Public projection: viewer-specific and internal fields are not included.
