Annotations of `text`, in the same shape and under the same rules as pics.2bit.feed.photo's `facets`: byte offsets into the UTF-8 encoding of `text`, and a tag or mention the AppView acts on only when the text it covers really is that hashtag or handle. A mention notifies the account it names. A tag links, but a comment is never indexed under it - tag pages list photos. Absent on a comment with no rich text, and on every comment from before comments carried facets, which clients parse from `text` instead.
